Reason and purpose:

1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share)
- Payment time: 04/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company - 15th Floor, Handico Building, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City (on weekdays) starting from July 4, 2025.. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 60%  (shareholders are entitled to receive 60 new shares for every 100 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares  will be removed.
For example, on record date, shareholder A owns 101  shares. According to the above execution ratio, the shareholder will receive (101*60)/100=60.6 shares. According to the above principle, shareholder A will receive 60 shares, the 0.6 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company - 15th Floor, Handico Building, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City (on weekdays) starting from July 4, 2025.. ID cards have to be presented.
